Master Design

This is the creative design, planning, specification and mapping phase for all aspects of your project. We begin by discussing how you envision living in your home or space and what your inspirations are. This phase is a collaboration with you to design and create the space you want. Joe Waroquier HOME presents you with plans and written estimates for all designs and work.

Build and Launch

All products are ordered only after you provide your approval to move forward. When they are delivered, everything is sent to one of our bonded, insured warehouses for inspection and safekeeping until installation. Your project manager leads this entire process for you and is your go-to resource for all of your needs throughout the entire project, large or small. Your project manager maintains a strict focus on the budget and reviews it with you regularly as we proceed. 

Installation

Joe Waroquier HOME manages every aspect of the delivery and installation of your project. To maintain quality, we schedule installations only after all construction and painting is 100% complete in the interior of the home or space.
