We designed this jewel box to balance easy-care functionality with clean transitional lines, creating a space that is both effortless and refined. Cool textures and ocean-inspired stone countertops bring a fresh, calming contrast (perfect for summer heat!) while still feeling warm and inviting when the A/C is running full tilt. Filled with light, layered with texture and intentionally edited with less “stuff,” the design captures relaxed Miami vibes while honoring our clients’ personal aesthetic. Thoughtful details, like the standout powder room, create special moments throughout. What began as our clients’ “guest condo” became so loved they ultimately turned it into their own – making this project not only beautiful, but a genuinely fun and meaningful collaboration with a special client.
